on an agreed start date we will begin to clear and prepare the site

 

throughout the build, care and consideration will be shown to your home and property and also to that of your neighbours

 

the site will be kept safe throughout the build and cordoned off where necessary to protect children and pets (and 'older children')

vehicles will be parked considerately whether on or off site, and the location of the driver displayed should they need moving

​

the work itself will be carried out professionally and to the specification in the design portfolio  

​

we do though want you to be delighted with the end result so throughout build there will be opportunity to modify the design, although there may be additional charges depending on the nature and impact of the change

​

the work will be professionally project managed from start to finish to ensure minimal disruption, and so that work is completed as quickly as possible, to a high standard, and within the quoted price (or revised price where changes have been agreed)

we may request some initial part payment where the design calls for high cost materials, for example artificial grass, composite decking etc. but the payment plan will be included within the original quote

we can request these materials delivered to direct to site for piece of mind should you wish, and we would be onsite to accept the delivery
